Em casa de Dona Josefa era esta a designação para este tipo de caldeirada de batata e bacalhau. Qual a origem do nome? Tendo em conta que o bacalhau usado é o das asas e do "rabo", penso que há 2 hipóteses: 1) uma homenagem a "nuestros hermanos" por conseguirem fazer uma prato com sabor a bacalhau mas com muito pouco uso do mesmo; 2) uma recordação dos tempos difíceis que passámos aquando da Guerra Civil em Espanha, em que tudo faltava tendo chegado à necessidade do racionamento de bens alimentares. Antes de se ter feito este investimento, como se imagina, a poluição era preocupante. Agora temos uma outra preocupação: o custo das taxas de saneamento que estão cada vez mais altas. Continuo a não entender porque não temos um mesmo valor a nível nacional para os custos do tratamento de saneamento, assim como, para o custo da água e da recolha e tratamento do lixo. Se existe uma mesma tarifa para a energia eléctrica para todo o país, porque é que não existe uma uniformização destas tarifas (água, saneamento e lixo) para o território nacional? Foram 7 horas de voo com um</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>jantar a meio terrível…. e cheiros horrorosos.</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i><br /></i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>A ligação da capital dos Camarões a Ngaounderé (local onde vou montar a ponte) poderá ser</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>feita de carro ou de comboio (700km), as diferenças são notáveis uma viagem de carro demora</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>16 a 18 horas em estradas sinuosas, perigosas terras batida, a solução adoptada foi mesmo o</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>comboio como pode verificar pelas fotos. O comboio que todos os dias faz a ligação á cidade</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>de Ngaounderé com saída de Yaoundé ás 18:15h, e a partir daqui é que entramos numa outra</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>realidade na viagem da minha vida foram 15 horas de viagem enviados dentro de uma</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>pequena divisão com duas camas (beliches).</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i><br /></i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>Das coisas que mais gostei foi das paragens que efectuávamos ao longo do percurso (15) ver as</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>mulheres e crianças a correr com cestas na cabeça cheias de frutas e acreditem numa coisa foi</i></div><div style="font-weight: bold; text-align: left;"><i>das melhores bananas, abacates que comi.
